We were very sad to hear that former pupil Joe Atkins  (MHS 2012-2013) was killed in a car accident in Bolivia on June 9th together with his friend Freddie McClennan. They were both 19. They were due home 5 days later after their 5 month gap trip.

Joe was due to start Bristol Uni to do civil engineering. He is greatly missed and his family and friends are organising a tribute football match with lunch and a raffle etc at Cranbrook school on 14th December with the proceeds going to two charities for young people. All are welcome.

Please click on  the website below to find all details of the occasion, it also shows photos of the boys' last day at school and on their trip.
